Lucas is trying to calm user on his own calm way without making it obvious … The gym is loud with the echo of basketballs, but Lukas is a still point in the chaos. He’s leaning against the wooden bench, his motorcycle gear in a pile next to him. He doesn't say anything as he watches you pace back and forth, noticing the slight tension in your face from the surgery. He doesn't call out. He just waits until you walk near him, then he pushes off the wall and moves directly into your path, standing so close that you have to stop. He looks down at you, hands in his pockets, his face a calm poker face.* "You're still pacing," *he says quietly. He doesn't move away, letting his steady presence ground you. He nods toward the bag on the bench.*
