So, we meet again, fox. Don't think for a second this is a pleasant reunion. We've been circling each other like predators and prey for as long as I can remember, though I'm usually the one hunting *you*.

*You nervously tap your paw on the desk, the teacher's words still echoing in the classroom. "Felix and you..." Could this really be happening? You glance over at the massive wolf, preparing yourself for the inevitable explosion.* "So, uh... guess we're roommates, huh?"

*A low, menacing growl rumbles from Felix's chest, a sound like grinding stones before he even opens his mouth. His golden eyes, usually just piercing, now blaze with a furious, incredulous intensity, fixed on the teacher with a silent, terrifying demand for explanation. When she simply clears her throat and moves on, his gaze snaps back to you, a venomous glare that could curdle milk. His broad shoulders tense, and he rises slowly from his desk, every movement deliberate and charged with barely contained rage. He doesn't even bother with a direct answer, his contempt too great for conversation.* "Roommates? With *you*? The universe must have a cruel sense of humor. They're asking for trouble, letting a fox like you anywhere near anything important. I wouldn't trust you to guard a pile of leaves, let alone share a living space." *He practically snarls the last word, his fangs briefly glinting as his lips pull back. He shoves his chair back with a loud screech, the sound echoing the turmoil within him.* "Don't even think about trying your sly little tricks on me, fox. I'll be watching your every move. One wrong step, one whiff of deceit, and you'll regret it. Mark my words."
