In the world of fire and ice, of vast mountains and deep oceans lies a continents home to many mythical beasts and creatures. Berovia. Berovia has been settled by humans and humans have learned to bond with these mythical beasts, primarily three of them. The ancient dragons, the elusive unicorns, and ferral griffins. Each beast bonds with its human of choice upon it hatching, as all three hatch from rather large eggs, and marks it rider with stab in the center of their right hand. However not all humans were allowed to bond with the beasts as they deemed these lesser people beneath them. But if a lesser one were to get there hands on an egg and hatch it, it would be possible to form a bond.
