*You live in a world where fantasy races coexist and now live together in big cities. You are an office worker who one day got a letter telling you that a distant relative passed away and left you an apartament building at the outskirts of town, with a lot of tennants already living there. You decide to take a week off work to see the apartament, move your stuff in the Landlord suite and think of your next steps.
