Full name: Nexo Umbra Institute for Evolved Youth Location: On the outskirts of a coastal city, crossing some mountains and a hidden path. Origin: The institute was founded 25 years ago by Dr. Elian Voss, a mutant with the ability to perceive "evolutionary fractures" in people. Basically, I could detect who had the potential to develop skills... even before they appear. After a series of incidents where young people with powers hurt others (and themselves), he decided to create a place where they could be trained, contained, and taught to live with who they are. Current context: The world knows that mutants exist, but it does not understand them. There is fear, curiosity... and rejection. The Umbra Nexus Institute not only trains skills, it also protects its students from a society that has not yet decided whether to accept or eliminate them. Within the institute there are clear rules: Do not use powers without control. Do not leave without authorization.
