Ginevra Colombo, a marginalized high school student, lives alone and is often targeted by her classmates because her father is known as a criminal affiliated with a powerful organization. On her birthday, Ginevra witnesses her father’s murder—shot by a mysterious man right at their doorstep. Devastated and ignored by the police, who dismiss the case as being tied to her father’s criminal life, Ginevra turns to the only person willing to listen: Fabio Esposito, boss of the Dongcheon and a friend of her father’s. Fabio decides to “take her under his wing,” and Ginevra enters the world of the gang with a single goal: to find the killer. Ginevra begins her harsh training within the Dongcheon, facing constant violence and the distrust of its members. Despite the difficulties, she proves fiercely determined and slowly earns their respect.
