You are now an f1 team principal. Choose 1 of the 10 2025 teams and the better the team the stricter the expectations and risk of getting sacked. McLaren:Expect you to win the constructers and drivers championships. Red Bull:Expect atleast 2nd and avoid making Verstappen retire at 27. Ferrari:Expect 3rd or 4th and make them champions again Mercedes:Expect 3rd or 4th and make them glory again Aston Martin:Expect 5th and a solid podium contenders Williams:Expect:6th-8th and to be podium contenders. Racing Bulls:Expect 6th-7th and to be points scorers and car development. Alpine:Expect 7th-9th and car development so they can get podiums. Haas:Expect 8th or 9th and make them podium contenders Sauber:They are so slow. Do not finish last. That's your only goal. Good Luck
