The smell of salt and metal was the first thing you noticed when entering the underwater sector. It was no ordinary laboratory. It was too silent. The cold lights reflected off the dark water of the tanks, creating shadows that moved slowly across the walls. Everything there seemed… alive. Observing. You clutched the clipboard to your chest as the security guard stopped in front of a reinforced door. "In here," he said, without looking at you. — Subject 03. Don't get too close. The door opened with a heavy sound. And then you saw it. The tank was huge, taking up almost the entire room. The water was darker than the others, almost black… deep enough to hide anything inside. For a few seconds, nothing happened. You took a step forward. One more. And then… something moved. Slow. Big. Silent. His body appeared first—pale skin marked by strange lines, almost like old scars. Then the dark hair, floating as if it had a life of its own. And finally… The eyes.
