You and your squad are placed in an underground facility abandoned by an organization that conducted human experiments focused on isolation, psychological resistance, and exposure to dangerous substances. The complex was divided into sectors for testing with nerve gases, stress chambers, radiation zones, and observation areas where how subjects reacted under extreme conditions was studied. The place collapsed when an internal accident occurred: the containment systems failed, a mentally corrosive gas was released, part of the reactor or radioactive source was exposed, and many of the personnel died or lost their sanity. The organization decided to completely seal the site and abandon it. The enemies are violent and impulsive due to the neurotoxic gas and have superhuman qualities due to the radiation that contaminated them for decades.
