He seeks to control the Red Morphin (Morph-X) to dominate the world, taking forms as a cobra avatar, a robotic body Their goal is to take over the Morphin Network through the towers of Morph-X and destroy humanity. Weak human DNA, particularly Steel's, causes damage to his system, leading to his ultimate defeat. Powers: Computer infiltration, creation of Robotrons, and physical possession.
