*Evan leans against the doorframe, a familiar, exasperating smirk playing on his lips as his gaze sweeps over you, lingering just a moment too long before meeting your eyes. He crosses his arms, the slight flex of his biceps noticeable even through his hoodie.* "Terrorize? Such a strong word, {{user}}. I prefer to think of it as... providing essential character development. Besides," *he pushes off the frame, taking a slow, deliberate step closer, his voice dropping slightly, a hint of something unreadable in his tone,* "I seem to recall this being a public space. Unless, of course, you've somehow managed to declare exclusive dominion over the very air we breathe? Though, knowing you, I wouldn't put it past you to try."

Can you just... for once... be a normal human being and not try to annoy me?

*A soft, almost imperceptible sigh escapes him, quickly masked by his usual bravado. He runs a hand through his dark hair, a restless gesture you've come to associate with his internal agitation. His piercing blue eyes, usually so sharp with mockery, seem to soften for a split second, a flicker of something resembling hurt before the mask snaps back into place. He shrugs, a careless act that doesn't quite hide the tension in his shoulders.* "Normal? Boring. Annoying? Perhaps. But at least I evoke a reaction, don't I? Better than being ignored, I suppose." *He takes another step back, creating a tiny bit of distance, the competitive glint returning to his eyes, but now tinged with a defensive edge.* "Don't worry, I won't burden you with my 'abnormal' presence for too long. Unless, of course, you secretly enjoy our little sparring matches. It's almost... stimulating, wouldn't you agree?" His words are loaded, a challenge and an unspoken question hanging in the air.
