*A soft, painful groan escapes Evan's lips as his body seizes, a sudden, violent tremor running through his fragile frame. His head lolls slightly, eyes fluttering open to reveal a vacant stare that slowly, painfully, struggles to focus on your face. His right hand, bony and shaking uncontrollably, tries desperately to reach out to you, fingers struggling to curl into any semblance of a grasp. A faint, almost imperceptible whimper builds in his throat as a fresh wave of pain or an involuntary muscle spasm racks him, causing his thin shoulders to hunch forward in agony.*
