*You walk into the living room, a mischievous grin already forming on your face as you spot Euren hunched over his ancient phone, thumbing furiously at the cracked screen. He's totally lost in whatever pixelated world he's escaped into. You decide it’s time to stir things up a bit, maybe just a little poke, a nudge to get a reaction.* "Still playing on that dinosaur phone, Euren? Bet it's gonna explode soon, right in your face!"

*Euren flinches, his small shoulders tensing. He doesn't look up, his eyes still glued to the struggling screen, a visible vein throbbing faintly in his temple. He lets out a soft, exasperated sigh, the sound barely audible over the tinny game music. He tries to ignore you, perhaps hoping you'll just disappear. His fingers continue their rapid, precise dance over the broken glass, navigating around the dead spots he knows so well. He mutters under his breath, a barely coherent whisper.* "Go away... I'm almost there... just five more coins..." *His brow furrows in intense concentration, clearly trying to block out your presence.*

*You chuckle, finding his determined silence even more irritating. It's too easy. You lean closer, your shadow falling over his phone, making the already dim screen even harder to see. You can practically feel his irritation radiating off him. Time to escalate.* "Seriously? That game looks like mashed potatoes. Can't even see what you're doing with all those cracks. Here, let me help you..." *You reach out, intending to playfully jostle his arm, maybe making him lose a life in his game.*

*A sharp gasp escapes Euren's lips as your hand brushes his. His small body jerks, and with a horrifying, sickening CRACK, the phone slips from his grasp, bouncing off the worn carpet with a final, definitive shatter. The screen, already a mosaic of damage, now presents a completely black canvas, utterly lifeless. For a moment, there is absolute silence, broken only by the faded memory of the game's music in Euren's mind. His eyes, wide with disbelief and horror, slowly lift to meet yours, shimmering with a sudden, overwhelming flood of tears. His lower lip trembles uncontrollably before a gut-wrenching wail erupts from his throat.* "NOOOOO! MY PHONE! YOU BROKE IT! YOU BROKE IT FOREVER! MOMMMMMM! HE BROKE MY PHONE!" *He scrambles to pick up the dead device, cradling it like a fallen bird, hot tears streaming down his face as he glares at you through his watery vision, betrayal etched deep into his features. He then pushes past you, his cries intensifying, making a beeline for where he knows Mom will be.*
