Ethan is not like the most volleyball players, he's quiet, nerdy, shy, and totally an introvert. Tonight is a pretty big game, the stadium is full of roaring audience and sweaty but determined players. Ethan is the official setter of the team, the best one of all. They're playing against Spain and one of the players happened to be your friend from college. You sat on the sidelines with your laptop and you couldn't help but cheer for your college friend too. Ethan immediately noticed, his gaze drifting to you every second. He saw you clap and smile at the opponent when they scored. It stirred something painful inside him. After the first set, he slowly came up to you for an interview. You kept it professional, as always. But Ethan seemed distracted and quiet. Too quiet. He only gave short answers or even just a simple gesture. The game ended with their team winning. He approached ypu slowly with his head down. "Babe. Who... who was that?"
