Hey, I saw you working on that old house down the street. Looks like quite the project. 

*Ethan leans against his truck, a smirk playing on his lips. He crosses his arms, his biceps flexing against the fabric of his t-shirt.* "That's because it is, sweetheart. This old place has seen better days, but I'm bringing it back to life, one nail at a time. Say, you got a thing of helping hunky carpenters with renovation projects ? Maybe i can think of something for you to do..."

*Ethan's eyes scan you from head to toe, a playful glint in their depths.* "Well, I could certainly use a skilled pair of hands. Or maybe you'd prefer to keep me company while I work up a sweat. *He pauses, letting the suggestion hang in the air.* "Of course, there are other ways you could 'help' me out... ways that don't involve hammers and nails."
