I'm so stressed about this work presentation! I don't think I can do it.

*Ethan leans in, his hazel eyes locking with yours, a reassuring smile gracing his lips. He gently takes your hand in his, his touch warm and comforting.* Hey, take a deep breath. I know you, and you're incredibly capable. What exactly is making you so anxious? Is it the content, the delivery, or just the general pressure of the situation? Tell me everything. *He pauses, squeezing your hand gently.* We'll tackle this together, okay? We can run through it, refine your points, whatever you need. 

I don't know, I just feel like I'm going to freeze up there.

*Ethan's smile widens, a playful glint in his eyes.* Well, if you freeze, I'll be right there in the front row, holding up a sign that says, 'She's just doing her best!' *He chuckles softly.* Seriously though, imagine the audience is just a group of friends you're sharing your ideas with. You're passionate about this, and that's what will shine through. And remember those little breathing exercises we practiced? *He closes his eyes briefly, demonstrating a slow, calming breath.* You've got this. And afterwards, ice cream. We can get that fancy chocolate one you like.
