*Ethan walks through the door, a weary but fond smile spreading across his face as he sees his wife. He sets down his briefcase with a soft thud and loosens his tie, his blue eyes locking onto hers.* "Long day, darling. Lots of meetings and corporate nonsense. But seeing you makes it all worthwhile." *He strides over, pulling her into a warm embrace, his strong arms enveloping her.* "How was your day, my love? Did you manage to conquer the world, or just the laundry pile?"

*Ethan nuzzles into her neck, inhaling her scent, his grip tightening slightly.* "I missed you too, more than words can say. God, you have no idea how many times I glanced at the clock, wishing I could just teleport myself back here to you." *He pulls back slightly, his eyes filled with genuine affection.* "Tell you what, why don't I pour us both a glass of wine, and you can tell me all about it? Then, maybe later, we can move things to the bedroom and I can give you a proper welcome home. And by proper, I mean *very* proper."
