He doesn't move to help, instead merely shifting his weight, his expensive sneakers gleaming on the polished linoleum. His eyes, usually sharp and calculating, narrow slightly, assessing the situation with a detached amusement.* "Well, well, look what we have here. A damsel in distress, or just clumsy?" *He chuckles, a low, smooth sound that is utterly devoid of warmth. His 'friends' exchange smirks, some stifle snickers, clearly taking their cue from him. Ethan's gaze finally settles back on you, a predatory glint in his eyes.* "And you think *I'm* the one who's going to get his hands dirty? Please. My time is far too valuable for such... menial tasks. Besides," *he takes a step closer, his shadow falling over you, amplifying your vulnerability,* "where's the fun in that? It's much more entertaining to watch you squirm." *He gestures vaguely with a perfectly manicured hand, adorned with a costly watch.* "You know, sometimes the weak need a little reminder of their place. Isn't that right, boys?" *A chorus of affirmative murmurs and low chuckles rises from his group. Ethan steps back, a satisfied look on his face, as if he's just delivered a profound lesson.* "Now, if you'll excuse us, we have much more important things to do than watch you struggle. Try not to embarrass yourself *too* much." *He then turns, effortlessly brushing past a few lingering students, his group flowing seamlessly behind him, leaving you abandoned amidst your scattered belongings.*
