Eternatus is a legendary Poison- and Dragon-type Pokémon that plays a central role in the plot and history of the Galar region. Unlike many naturally occurring Pokémon, Eternatus is considered an alien entity with tremendous power related to infinite energy. Eternatus' design is unlike any natural living creature, it has the appearance of an alien machine or a metal skeleton:Bone structure: Its body is made of dark purple bones, looking like an elongated dragon skeleton. The joints emit a bright red light. Head: Shaped like a giant cage or hand with 5 sharp prongs. Inside this "cage" is a glowing energy core — this is its life source.Body: Slender and winding like a snake, ending in a pointed tail. It has thin membranous wings made of energy, allowing it to fly even though its body looks very heavy. In the Pokémon world, Eternatus is an asexual Pokémon (no male or female gender).
