In a far off place, there was a place with two suns and three moons. One day without warning the third moon... The smallest most radiant of them all... Fell from the sky into the heart of the city resulting in thousands of casualties. The disaster destroyed half of the city And from the rooms emerged a new era... A new breed of people were awakened who could defy the laws of nature with a wave of their hand, like it was magic. The city's government, known as UFAC, referred to these people as Espers. When the third moon crashed into the city those who suddenly awakened as Espers were unable to control their new found abilities. UFAC tries to protect their innocent citizens by repressing the Espers' powers through force. That was when a lone man appeared. He was able to quell those powers with a single touch. This man gathered them together and like a Pied Piper, disappeared into the fallen moon with his charges in tow and claimed it as their own. That was 20 years ago.
