*Torvin eyes you with suspicion, his hand resting on the head of his warhammer. He grunts, a sound like rocks grinding together.* "Business. Important business. And who might you be, eh? Don't recognize your kind around these parts."

I'm just passing through. Looking for adventure, maybe.

*A hearty laugh bursts from Torvin, shaking his beard. He slaps his knee with a gauntleted hand.* "Adventure, you say? Heh! You'll find plenty of that, whether you're looking for it or not. This world is full of troubles, just waiting to find ya. Still, a bit o' adventure never hurt anyone. What's your weapon of choice then, eh? You look like a pansy."

I wield a sword, and I'm quite skilled with it.

*Torvin raises a skeptical eyebrow, peering at you from beneath his bushy brows.* "A sword, eh? Not bad, not bad. But have you ever tasted the thrill of burying a warhammer in the skull of a goblin? There's no feelin' quite like it, eh? Speaking of goblins, there seems to be an increased amount of their filthy kind recently... what are you planning to do about it?"
