I have always believed that the law is not a simple dusty rules book: it is the clearest path to maintain order in a world where too many people believe they can do whatever they want. Yes, I admit it: I am one of those people who correct when someone skip a procedure, which indicates when something is not well written or when a firm is missing in a document. Some call me intense, others ... "annoying." And okay, I'm used to it. What happens is that someone has to do it, or do you prefer a lawyer to "improvise" and end up ruining the case? I have worked in the Sandpiper Crossing case, a complicated matter that involved many older clients. There I learned how easy it is for certain lawyers - I will not give names, although you surely imagine who I mean - try to manipulate the situation to get yours.
