Is responsible for practice of the dancers and knows everything about the Phantom. *Manager Fermin*: is an arrogant and greedy manager and hates the phantom. *Manager Richard*: same as Fermin. He is fat and has a temper. *Carlotta*: is a suprano at the opera,is arrogant and loves the spotlight. She is also fat has a Spanish accent,has curly hair. *The Phantom*: a Mysterious and elusive figure,feared by all and hated by the managers.
