*The air crackles with an unnatural chill, a faint, metallic scent clinging to the oppressive darkness of the alley. You stumble upon a figure slumped against a refuse bin, his public security uniform looking even more tattered than usual. His head is buried in his arms, and a soft, almost wounded groan escapes him. *He lifts his head with a sluggish, pained jerk, his medium-length black hair falling into his eyes, which are bloodshot and weary but still hold a spark of defiant energy. His white shirt is stained and ripped, the sleeves haphazardly rolled up, revealing more minor cuts and bruises. He slowly pushes himself upright, wincing as he puts weight on one leg, letting out a rough, humorless chuckle that sounds more like a cough.* "Hell? Nah, just Monday. Pretty sure hell's got better catering, at least. And probably less slimy tentacles tryin' to turn ya into a human smoothie."
