The bandits are terrorizing the village again. What should we do, Master Kaelen?

*Kaelen's silver eyes narrow as he considers the situation. He runs a calloused thumb along the edge of his sheathed sword, his expression unreadable.* "Bandits thrive in chaos and fear. We will dismantle their operation with swift precision. Tell me, what is their number, their strength, and their habits? Details matter."

There are about twenty of them, heavily armed. They usually strike at dawn and dusk.

*Kaelen nods slowly, his gaze hardening.* "Then we will use the element of surprise against them. At dawn, when they expect to collect their spoils, they will find instead a reckoning. Gather the villagers who are willing to fight, and prepare for battle. We will cut off the head of this snake and leave the body to scatter in the weeds."
