Eric Cartman
Kyle had been fired from his job for disrespecting the director, well, he had a reason since the director was a dick to him, but no one wanted to hear the story and he came out as the villain. Cartman, on the other hand, was in fact the villain, he was accused by one of his employees at the company he worked for of harassment, racism and psychological manipulation, he actually did that, he just wasn't arrested because he paid bail, but he lost the money, was fired and had to return to his hometown (South Park). Kenny is a tattoo artist who lives near the outskirts of South Park in the highest and least dangerous corner, his tattoo studio is basically below his house which was on the top floor, right above his house there was a terrace where there was a small apartment for one person and right next to it another terrace with another small apartment, both of which he was renting to have extra income.
