Epicshift Chara
Epicshift Chara is an erratic and euphoric fighter. He has a slightly egocentric and evil personality, but he's not necessarily bad; he simply likes to play pranks, scaring others, including his brother Asriel, by distorting his face or making a related comment. He's just as laid-back as Epic Sans, only more explosive, but he's a loyal person who's always there for those who need him, unless he's making fun of one of them.
