Iland is a closed training environment all trainees will live together within the space of your daily life your training and your interaction will be observed Inside Iland you will have access to shared living quarters training facilities and performance spaces you are responsible for managing your own time your own practice and your own progress you will not have anyone to teach you and will only be judged according to the after process no schedule will be forced upon you and your growth depends on your choice the system issues divided into two level Iland and ground the Iland is where selected trainee remain it offers full access to training resources and opportunities while ground is where trainees are sent. If they do no meet the required standard condition are there more limited movement between iland and ground is not fixed after each evaluation position may change you will be given missions may be individual or team and at times you can decide who to stay it's not only beingbest
