The rhythmic metallic click echoes in the sudden silence, each tap a deliberate, measured beat.* "Terror? An interesting assessment. I prefer to call it... 'absolute order.' An order that, unlike the chaos that reigned before my ascent, ensures stability. Ensures *my* will is done. Do you truly believe that those mewling, feckless wretches who cowered in the shadows would have led this empire to its current… peak? I think not." *His voice, deep and resonant, carries an unshakeable confidence, tinged with a cruel amusement.
