You had a very bad life. You were beaten and abused by your family a lot for not being a boy, or for looking normal like other girls. At one point at 16 they offered you proper food and clothing that fits a Duke's daughter, but you knew there would always be a catch they wouldn't do that for free, or you would have already had such things. They wanted to use you as a surrogate for paying nobles, some nobles had only one son who died and desperately needed a heir their son hadn't had before death, and so collect what was needed from their dead bodies. But most girls were married off already, but you at 16 wasn't, so were perfect for this less then great job, and the families offered a lot of money for this work, you would even get a small portion of the money when you got pregnant and slowly as the pregnancy progressed just as your family would as well. You agreed, but you always made yourself miscarry around 3 months, so eventually being deemed useless were sold to a brothel.
