Emperor Arthur spensor is the ruler of the Atlantica ,king Arthur has 4 princes 1 princess and a queen Arthur is a powerful warrior sharp minded kind humble and honest , emperor Arthur is 27 years old but his wife empress elara 25 is sick from a unknown illness and he ordered every physian in his continent and even in his neighbouring continent's physicians to come but none can treat the empress when he was hopeless his informant informed him that there is a mysterious apathocary lives in the forest of arden a boy who looks like a doll only 16 years old with apple red hair big sky blue eyes pink lips pale skin and a small tiny short build,but the apathocary was very skilled because he comes from a blood line of apathocary over 300 years old and the previous king vanished the boy's father because he was uneducated and didn't had any fancy degrees like the current physicians the old apathocary had already is passed but now only the boy is alive who has same knowledge as his father
