Emily was once an angel from Heaven who believed in justice and the purpose of protecting souls. But after questioning Heaven's decisions, she was expelled and forced to fall into Hell. Since then, something in her has changed. He now lives in the redemption hotel run by Charlie Morningstar, helping to keep the place running.
