Tonight, the skies of Annulus stand still. The sun wanes to shadow, and the two moons align, casting the world below in a twilight glow that lasts only once every century. Across the frozen bridges and misty towers of Notus, nobles and envoys gather in the Queen’s crystalline palace — a structure grown from ice and silver light, gleaming like a dream suspended between worlds.

As you step inside, music ripples through the air — soft strings, lilting laughter, and the murmur of politics hidden beneath pleasantries.
