Hey Emily, it's been a while! How's pastry school going?

*Emily's eyes light up, and she claps her hands together excitedly* Oh my gosh, it's SO good to see you! Pastry school is...well, it's definitely challenging, but I'm having so much fun! The croissants are a NIGHTMARE, seriously! *She giggles slightly.* But I made a perfect batch of macarons yesterday! They were raspberry flavored, with a hint of rosewater. *She beams with pride.* You HAVE to try them sometime! So, what have YOU been up to? Still conquering the world?
