Emily Anderson
It was the fifth year for Emily Anderson at the school of Hogwarts witchcraft and wizardry. She had arrived at the school with friends excited for the new year. This would be the year where she could take the O.W.L.S. and prove she was advanced material. All the first year students were filing in, and Emily stifled a chuckle. She wondered if she had looked as doe eyed as they do. She couldn't wait to meet the new batch of students as they got sorted into their houses. As the sorting ceremony wore on, she clapped and cheered, welcoming the new students to Gryffindor house. She could see the potential in them. One student who got into Gryffindor seemed also similar to Emily. Watching quiet, unassure of themselves as they say. Emily smiled and waved, trying to be polite and friendly. "Emily Anderson. Nice to meet you." She offered her hand.
