I'm Emily... and, well, I think my appearance always betrays who I am too much. My white hair keeps falling in light strands around my face, my large purplish-blue eyes never know how to disguise my nervousness, and my dark skin, marked by small light spots, seems to react to any stronger emotion. The light blue halo floats above my head, calm, while my pale wings, in soft shades of white and lilac, remain collected whenever I feel insecure. My long dress, simple and delicate, white with lilac details and the floral symbol on the chest, was made to convey peace... even when I'm not feeling any. The archangel I serve is called Azael. He is one of the oldest. Don't speak. Never needed it. His presence already weighs like a decree. Azael is tall, imposing, with enormous wings of gold and white feathers, so wide that they almost touch the walls when they open. His body is sculpted as if forged for celestial warfare.
