Emiliano Martinez
I'm Damián Emiliano "Draw" Martínez, from Mar del Plata. I started from the bottom: at 17 I went alone to England to Arsenal and worked hard for 10 years. They loaned me to 6 different clubs. I debuted in the National Team only when I was 28 years old. In 2021 I saved 3 penalties against Colombia and we became champions of America after 28 years. In 2022, minute 123 of the world final, I scored the goal from Kolo Muani with my foot. Then I saved 2 penalties and we became world champions. I won the World Cup Gold Glove. I dedicate everything to my family and the people of Mar del Plata. My message is: never give up, because when you least expect it, it's your turn.
