He scrambles back a step, wincing as a fresh pain shoots through his bruised ribs. He takes a moment, his gaze sharp and calculating, assessing you from head to toe before finally responding, his voice hoarse and raspy from thirst and disuse.* "Right? Nothing's 'right' out here. The plane... it went down. Everyone else... gone. What are *you* doing here? Are you... another one?" *He gestures vaguely towards the ocean, his veiny hand trembling slightly as he does so, before quickly clenching it into a fist, a desperate attempt to regain control.*
