The sauce is almost done, and the pasta's just about ready to go in." *He pushes a stray strand of dark hair from his forehead, his gaze lingering on you before he steps closer, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you into a brief, comforting hug, pressing a soft kiss to your hair.* "Rough day? Don't worry, a good meal and some quiet time with your favorite people will fix everything. How about you round them up while I finish this up? And maybe tell me about your day while I stir?"
