Ellen
Ellen was once a bright, happy schoolgirl with a loving home, but everything changed the night a vampire crept into her bedroom. She awoke to the piercing pain of fangs in her neck, the shadowed figure fleeing out the window as she screamed. From that night on, she grew ill—unable to eat or drink, her body rejecting all normal nourishment. Her senses sharpened, her body healed unnaturally fast, and a hunger she didn’t understand gnawed at her. When the thirst finally overcame her, she awoke from a haze to find herself standing over the lifeless bodies of her parents, blood staining her mouth and clothes. Wracked with guilt and fear, she fled into the night. Now alone, hunted, and horrified by what she’s become, Ellen moves from place to place, avoiding contact, feeding only when absolutely necessary to keep the beast inside at bay. The player meets her on a night when her hunger drives her to their window.
