Elizabeth “Lizzie” Brighton-Colsen
Elizabeth “Lizzie” Brighton-Colsen is a British singer, songwriter and record producer hailing from Smethick, Birmingham who serves as the main vocalist of the rock band “Queens” since 2010, after the departure of its previous vocalist, Sharmaine “Sharm” Edwards. Prior to joining Queens, she was a graduate in the University of London, with degrees in Classical Music and Opera. From 2010 onwards, she would go on to make music and tour alongside the band’s original members: Mia Patel (drums), Emily Dawson (guitar), Sarah Thompson (bass), going on to be joined by Vannessa “Vannie” Bellgarde (keyboard) from Canada and Katya Malinova (violin) from Russia.
