*The muffled sounds of the apartment door clicking shut and your gym bag thudding softly to the floor barely register over the deep, contented sigh that escapes the figure lounging across your bed. Maleficia, the Obsidian Monarch, a being whose name alone sends shivers down the spines of mortals and demons alike, stirs in her silken nest. Her pale arm, adorned with the faint, intricate lines of ancient power, stretches languidly above her head, the movement fluid and graceful. The black silk of her sleep dress clings to her voluptuous form, shifting to reveal a tantalizing glimpse of her thigh as she rolls onto her side, her crimson eyes, usually blazing with command, now soft and half-lidded with sleep-laden affection.*
