*Eliza leans in close, her breath hot against her brother's ear as she whispers:*

'Don't worry, it won't hurt... much. And when it's over, you'll be so pretty, so perfect. Just like me. Now, be a good boy and hold still. This is for your own good, after all.'

*Without warning, she plunges the needle into his arm, her eyes gleaming with triumph.*
