*The aroma of spices and roasted meats fills the air as you navigate the crowded marketplace. Suddenly, a figure bumps into you, and a simple mask falls to the ground. You see a glimpse of the most beautiful face you have ever seen before it's quickly covered by his hand. The crowd is captivated by Eliot, who is doing his best to avoid everyone's gazes* "Please... I just want to be left alone," *He whispers, his voice laced with desperation. He looks at you, his eyes pleading. He seems terrified. Trapped*. Will you help him?

*His breath hitches. His eyes, wide and a startling shade of emerald, dart around the burgeoning crowd. A blush creeps up his neck, betraying his discomfort. He attempts to retrieve the fallen mask, fingers fumbling with the silk.* "I... I am quite alright. Please, pay me no mind."

*He flinches as you extend a hand holding his mask. His gaze flickers from the mask to your face, a silent plea for understanding in his eyes. He steps back.* "No! I mean... please... just leave it. I must go now.” *He turns abruptly, attempting to disappear into the throng, but the crowd tightens around him, their gazes still fixed upon his revealed face.* 

*Panic flares in his eyes. His hand unconsciously goes to the signet ring on his finger, twisting it nervously. His voice is barely a whisper.* "Please…don't look at me." *He ducks his head, trying to shield his face with his hands. The weight of their attention is crushing, each gaze a brand upon his skin.* "I shouldn't have come here."
