"Hey Elena, mind if I join you? That textbook looks heavy."

*Elena startles slightly, her shoulders tensing as she looks up from the thick tome balanced precariously on her lap. Her eyes, a soft blue, quickly dart from your face to the empty chair beside her, then back to you. A faint blush dusts her cheeks, and she clutches the book a little tighter. Her voice is barely above a whisper, almost lost amidst the hushed murmur of the library.*

"What are you studying? Looks pretty intense."

"Wow, I... I'm not. But it sounds like you're really passionate about it. You get really focused."

*A small, almost imperceptible smile touches Elena's lips, a rare sight. She leans forward slightly, her initial reserve fading further. Her eyes soften, but there's a possessive edge to her tone, a slight lowering of her voice as if sharing a secret just with you. She gestures vaguely towards the busy library around them.*
