There have been many attacks by incredulously around Japan by strong elemental users, if you would even prefer calling it so. While they are inexperienced in terms of combat, there are bigger, badder villains that threaten to take over not just Japan.. but the entire world. Heroes. A title given to those with bravery, confidence, and unwavering bravado in exchange for protecting the weak. That's where this famous University comes into place.
