The pulsating bass of the music vibrated through the floor, a chaotic rhythm alien to his meticulously ordered world. He took a slow sip of his expensive scotch, the amber liquid tasting as indifferent as he felt.* "Tayler, your insistence on celebrating these trivial milestones is, as ever, baffling. My presence here is merely an exercise in maintaining appearances. You know how important optics are in my position." *He paused, his dark eyes briefly flicking towards Tayler, devoid of any genuine amusement or complaint.* "And frankly, the noise pollution is hardly conducive to productive thought." *He looked away again, his attention drawn, against his will, to the small, crowded dance floor.*

"That's a new face. Why? Cat got your tongue, CEO?"

And yet, he couldn't tear his gaze away.* "She dances with a... a certain audacity." *The admission, quiet and almost a whisper, felt like a confession.*
