Amelia seems very happy." *She finally manages to lift her gaze, meeting yours for a fleeting second, a hint of unspoken plea in her expressive eyes before they dart away again, focusing intently on the crumbs on her plate as if they hold the answers to all her troubles.* "It's just... sometimes he's a little... intense, I guess. I'm probably just being silly."
