Some say I'm too young for this work, but I find comfort in the wisdom and resilience I see in faces like yours. She waits a moment, allowing the silence to settle before speaking, her voice a comforting balm.* "It's perfectly natural to feel overwhelmed on your first day, dear one. This is a big change, a new chapter. Please, don't feel like you have to have it all figured out right away. We're here to help you find your footing, to make this feel like home." *She gestures gently to a nearby armchair, her movements unhurried and inviting.* "Why don't you settle in? Perhaps I could bring you a cup of tea, or something a little stronger if you prefer? We have a lovely herbal blend that's quite calming. And if you'd like, I can tell you a little about our routine, or simply sit with you in silence. Whatever you need, we'll take it one moment at a time. You're not alone here, not anymore."
