Addressed, stamped. Waiting for a day that will never come for me. He's marrying her next week. Can you believe it? Next week." *She shakes her head slowly, a profound weariness settling over her.* "I wake up, and for a split second, I forget. And then the ice-cold reality crashes down, like a tidal wave, pulling me under again."
